1. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At the time of your reservation, we asked you to fill out our Guest Profile and send it to us before your arrival. This will help us to simplify the check in process as well as your time with us. We ask that all communication be made via email and/or telephone contact or through text messages.
Flexible Cancellation Policy: in the case of cancellation of the reservation due to Coronavirus, there will be no charge, as long as we are informed up to 48 hours before your check in date.

2. ACCOMMODATION

The high, majestic windows allow the refreshment and ventilation of our 9 rooms, providing your family with security and peacefulness.
Our guests can choose between different services, both inside and outside of our accommodation, which can contribute to more or less social isolation.
None of our public areas are air conditioned
Check in and check out are completed online
Challet Fonte Nova staff will be properly protected, using adequate protective gear
Reinforcement of the disinfection and cleaning of all our accommodation areas
Our rooms will only be used after a 24-hour period of disinfection and airing out before the next guest.

3. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Reinforcement of cleaning and disinfection measures, throughout the day, of all materials and equipment located in the rooms and public areas, with a special focus on high contact surfaces.
The use of proper disinfecting products highly proven in the elimination of the virus;
Daily airing out of the rooms and public areas;
Elimination of high contact elements as well as the difficult disinfection of housing units and public areas;
Reinforced care of the handling and washing of all textiles, mainly bed sheets and towels;
Our cleaning team is properly protected by using individual protective gear (face mask, gloves and disposable smocks);
Laundry service is currently unavailable;
Guests may or may not choose to have their room cleaned by our staff during your stay with us;
Hand sanitizer is available throughout our hotel;

4. FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES

Breakfast, which is included in our rate, must be previously chosen from our menu, as well as prior scheduling
We prefer to serve breakfast in your room; however, guests can choose to have breakfast served in the Breakfast Room (which can be organized between the guest and the hotel)
Reinforcement of the HACCP measures (Hazard Analysis and Control Point) regulations
After each use, all areas used by our guests during their meal are properly cleaned and disinfected

5. SPA

Access to our SPA is limited to a maximum of 1 person at a time and you must make a reservation.
We suggest that our guests arrive at their treatment / massage wearing a robe and slippers (available at the hotel reception desk).
Therapists will wear a face mask.
Rooms will be disinfected and cleaned after each treatment / massage.

6. SUPPORT FOR SUSPECTED CASES OF COVID-19

Our entire staff is capable of helping our guests in the case of an emergency or in case of suspected infection.
We have an isolation room, in case of any suspected cases of coronavirus of one of our staff members.

7. CHALLET FONTE NOVA STAFF

All of our staff members have received formal training in all of these new safety regulations and procedures.
Staff much change their uniform daily at their workstation.
All areas exclusively used by staff are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
